Payouts
When buyers' money reaches your bank account, what it costs, and why it can be held up.
The Payouts page shows two amounts: Ready to pay out (cleared, goes out in the next payout) and Still clearing (paid by the buyer, not cleared yet). Only Ready to pay out is sent to your bank.
Payout rules
| Destination account | Only the owner's own verified bank account, in the same name as the verified identity. |
|---|---|
| Payout schedule | Daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, or manual. Withdraw now works on every schedule. |
| Payout fee | Rp3,000 per payout, deducted once from the amount sent, however many payments it contains. |
| Minimum payout | Rp10,000 must reach your account after the fee, so a payout starts once Ready to pay out reaches Rp13,000. |
| Amount you receive | The amount paid out minus the payout fee. Example: Rp250,000 − Rp3,000 = Rp247,000. |
| Arrival time | Clearing follows bank working days, and weekends and holidays push it back. When a transfer lands depends on your bank. We do not guarantee a time. |
| Email notices to the owner | When a payout is sent, when it fails to send, and when payouts on the account are held or resume. |
As of 15 September 2026.
When the money reaches your bank
- A buyer pays. The payment is final at once and its amount joins Awaiting payout, marked as still clearing at the bank.
- The bank finishes processing the payment (settlement). The payment shows as Cleared and its amount moves to Ready to pay out.
- When your schedule falls due and Ready to pay out has reached the minimum, Kasera bundles all of it into one payout and deducts the fee. The payout shows as Scheduled. Withdraw now does the same step on demand.
- Just before sending, we check that our records match our payment partner's. The payout is then sent to your bank and shows as Processing.
- Once the transfer is confirmed the payout shows as Paid out and the owner gets an email. When it appears on your bank statement depends on your bank.
Payout schedules
A schedule counts from your previous payout, not from a calendar date or a fixed hour. Your first payout runs as soon as Ready to pay out reaches the minimum.
| Schedule | Next payout |
|---|---|
| Daily | 1 day after the previous payout |
| Weekly | 7 days after the previous payout |
| Every two weeks | 14 days after the previous payout |
| Monthly | 30 days after the previous payout, not the same date each month |
| Manual | Only when you click Withdraw now. |
Balance below the payout minimum when your schedule comes around? Your money stays safe in your account and is paid out automatically once it reaches the payout minimum.
Need your money sooner? Click Withdraw now on the Payouts page. Everything in Ready to pay out is paid out at once, as long as it has reached the payout minimum.
- Only the account owner can use it.
- You enter a 6-digit code sent to the owner's email.
- One payout at a time.
- It joins the next transfer run, so it isn't instant.
- When it can't be used yet, the button stays visible with the reason.
When a payout fails or is held
Your money stays in your balance until the payout succeeds, and buyers can keep paying as usual.
| What you see | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Payouts are paused, with a reason | No payout is made yet. The cause can be unfinished verification, a payout bank account that is missing or still being checked, a holder name that does not match your verified name, or a suspended account. | Follow the note shown on the Payouts page. Your bank account is under Settings → Business. Or email support at halo@kasera.id. |
| Failed | The bank transfer was refused. The owner gets a “Payout failed to send” email and the money stays in your Kasera Pay balance. | Just wait. Our team handles it, sends the payout again and contacts you if anything is needed. |
| Under review | Our pre-transfer check found that our records and our payment partner's did not match, so the payout was stopped before any money left. It shows in Past payouts. No email is sent for it. | Just wait. Once our team has reviewed it, the money returns to your balance and goes out in a later payout. |
| Payouts are on hold | Kasera has paused payouts on the account. The owner gets an email when the hold starts and another when payouts resume. | Contact us at halo@kasera.id. |
Why payouts go only to your own account
Payouts go only to the account owner's verified bank account, and the holder name must match the owner's verified identity. The same account receives payouts for every business the owner runs. To change it, see changing your payout bank account.
An account in another person's name, or in the name of a foundation or company, cannot be a payout destination. If money should reach a different person or legal entity, they sign up for their own Kasera Pay account and complete verification with their own bank account. There is no API for sending money to third-party bank accounts. How this works for foundations and communities is explained in payments on behalf of an organisation.
